How many colors to find
Photo type
For best results
- Plain background, with the garment filling most of the frame.
- Block colors, stripes and checks work well. Florals, gradients and tie-dye won't separate cleanly.
- Uneven lighting is fine — color detection ignores it.
- On model: the largest clothing item is recolored, and skin is excluded. Beige and camel garments are the hard case, since they sit in the same color range as skin.
